Your Data

During the survey Collection process, any data provided to AbleInsight will be securely held, and not released to any other party, including the Agency, in a way that would enable identification of the source (you can read the Data Usage Terms here).  The contractual agreement between the NDIA and AbleInsight clearly states that the Survey Manager “is solely responsible for the use, management and control of the survey data in its possession or control”.

Your Privacy

This privacy collection statement relates to the collection of information, including financial information, in relation to the Benchmarking Survey.

The Benchmarking Survey is operated by HealthConsult Pty Ltd ACN 118 337 821 trading as AbleInsight (AbleInsight). AbleInsight is bound by the Australian Privacy Principles.

As part of your contribution to the Benchmarking Survey, you will need to read and agree to this Privacy Collection Statement in addition to AbleInsight’s Privacy Policy (which can be found at here).

Information that will be collected from you when participating in the Benchmarking Survey includes your name, phone number, address and email address. If you do not provide the information requested, AbleInsight may not be able to provide the Provider Reports to you. The information obtained will only be used and disclosed as described in the Data Usage Terms and will not be disclosed overseas.

AbleInsight’s Privacy Policy contains information about how you may request access to and correction of the information AbleInsight holds about you, or to make a complaint about an alleged breach of the Australian Privacy Principles.
